bb4 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These terms govern your use of the bb4 platform. By accessing or using bb4, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bb4 ("bb4", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your registration, access, and use of all services, games, sports betting markets, promotions, and features available through bb4.vin. Please read these Terms carefully and in their entirety before registering or making any deposit. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use bb4.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. bb4 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed above.

1. Eligibility

CLAUSE 1.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bb4. By creating an account you confirm that you are 21 or older. bb4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If you are found to be under 21, your account will be closed immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned at bb4's discretion minus any amounts already used for wagering.

CLAUSE 1.2

Jurisdiction

bb4 is intended for use by players in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of bb4 is lawful in your place of residence. bb4 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. If you access bb4 from a restricted location, you do so entirely at your own risk, and bb4 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

CLAUSE 1.3

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering your bb4 account. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment details required. If any information you provide is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, bb4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

Minors who access the Platform in breach of these Terms may have legal action taken against them or their guardians.

2. Accounts

CLAUSE 2.1

One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one bb4 account only. This restriction applies per person, per household address, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. If bb4 detects that a player is operating more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be suspended, any bonuses obtained will be voided, and any net winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be forfeited. The player's original account may also be permanently closed.

CLAUSE 2.2

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bb4 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out on your account — whether by you or by any unauthorised third party who has obtained your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must notify bb4 support immediately by email. bb4 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

CLAUSE 2.3

KYC Verification

bb4 may at any time request identity verification documents (KYC) including a government-issued photo ID such as a National ID card or passport, and proof of address. bb4 may also require proof of payment method ownership. Until verification is complete, bb4 may place holds on withdrawals. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in account closure and return of any unverified deposit balance at bb4's sole discretion.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

CLAUSE 3.1

Accepted Payment Methods

bb4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit and withdrawal transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your bb4 wallet balance promptly following successful confirmation by the payment provider. bb4 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

CLAUSE 3.2

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. This same-source rule is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and all applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses being satisfied. bb4 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. In cases where a withdrawal is flagged for review, bb4 may require additional verification documents before releasing funds.

CLAUSE 3.3

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bb4 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to inactive account balances after the dormancy period begins. bb4 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting support.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

CLAUSE 4.1

Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by bb4 are subject to individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only. bb4 reserves the right to exclude specific accounts from bonus eligibility based on factors including but not limited to: account age, wagering history, or risk profile. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.

CLAUSE 4.2

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements apply to the combined total of deposit and bonus amounts. Games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

CLAUSE 4.3

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine risk (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring"), or any other manipulative conduct, will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure. bb4's determination on bonus abuse is final.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

CLAUSE 5.1

Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on bb4 are subject to these Terms and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to that bet. bb4 reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet at any time, including after the bet has been placed, where there is a reasonable suspicion of irregular activity, system error, odds error, or where the applicable match or game has been suspended or abandoned. Bets are only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued by the system.

CLAUSE 5.2

Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest or palpable error in any published odds, game RTP, or promotional offer — including where odds are posted at an obvious incorrect price due to a data feed malfunction or human error — bb4 reserves the right to void affected bets or correct the error without prior notice. This applies to both pre-match and in-play betting markets. bb4 will use reasonable efforts to identify and correct palpable errors promptly.

CLAUSE 5.3

Technical Failures

bb4 is not liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of technical failures, internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, server downtime, or any other circumstances outside bb4's direct control. Where a game or betting market is interrupted due to a technical failure, bb4 will use its best efforts to resolve the situation and, where applicable, restore the game to its pre-interruption state or refund affected stakes.

6. Responsible Gaming and Prohibited Conduct

CLAUSE 6.1

Responsible Gaming Tools

bb4 provides responsible gaming tools accessible within every account dashboard. These include deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so through their account settings or by contacting support at [email protected]. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, the player may not create a new account.

CLAUSE 6.2

Prohibited Conduct

Players must not use bb4 to facilitate or participate in any form of money laundering, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law. Players must not use software tools, scripts, bots, or any automated means to interact with bb4's platform or gain an unfair advantage. Players must not engage in match-fixing, inside trading on sporting events, or any collusive arrangement with other players or third parties. Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability and Amendments

CLAUSE 7.1

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bb4's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the player's bb4 wallet at the time the claim arises. bb4 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from use or inability to use the Platform.

CLAUSE 7.2

Amendments to These Terms

bb4 may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on the bb4 website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of bb4 after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must stop using bb4 and, if you wish, close your account by contacting support.

CLAUSE 7.3

Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be addressed in the first instance by contacting bb4 support at [email protected]. bb4 will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
